Live Courses
To register for any course(s), send your registration request for any of the following online courses to john@theippinstitute.com. You will receive a response if you are registered for the course and instructions for paying the course fee and other details, or feedback that a course is fully subscribed.
You have the option to receive only recordings of each course rather than participating live at a 50% discount. If you are electing to receive only the recordings and not attend live sessions, please clarify that in your initial request to register. Recordings of all sessions will also be sent to those who have registered to attend live sessions.
For all courses designated as “advanced,” to participate in the live sessions you should have at least one year of background in receiving instruction and practicing IPP. Anyone can receive recordings of advanced courses.
For recorded versions of the January, February, and March courses described below the course fees are 50% of the original course fees.
Experiencing and practicing with the four Concrete tier IPP polarities - Introductory Course - $200
Since this course involves a real time IPP facilitation of participants, the course with live sessions will be limited to 20 people. As with all courses, you can elect to receive recordings only.
John will teach an introduction to each IPP Polarity through voice dialogue and facilitated meditations – the second of a three-course series to be offered in 2024. Each session is 90 minutes.

Deep dive into the four concrete tier ipp polarities – Advanced Course - $400
This advanced course on IPP polarities is the second of a five-course series to be offered in 2024 and 2025 comprising a two-year cycle on this course series.
John Kesler and Thomas McConkie will discuss in depth for approximately an hour the relevant polarity, sharing their deepest understanding of its practice, applications, and relationship to the overall IPP ecosystem. A Zoom recording of that discussion will be shared with course members approximately one week prior to the live session. During the 90-minute live session, John—and when available, Thomas—will be in conversation with course members regarding the relevant polarity based on the recorded conversation and facilitate the experience of aspects of the polarity as it seems helpful. The goal of this course series is as much as possible to share everything we know about the nature and applications of each IPP polarity. All course members will receive recordings of all sessions.

An introduction to using IPP principles and practices for work in the world in service of interrelated individual, collective, and ecosystemic flourishing – Introductory Course - $200
This is the second of a three-course series to be offered in 2024. This is a first-time course offering and hence an introductory course for everyone. Each session is 90 minutes.
John spent 2023 researching and comparing how he has been using IPP principles and practices in his work in the world over the past two decades in the context of cutting-edge research and applications of principles of human and organizational flourishing and leadership in service of flourishing. This includes the current YOUnify initiative that John co-founded and chairs which is doing work in the US and globally as a global action network. John’s research in this regard was done in the context of John actively participating in the Harvard Flourishing Network, particularly including the Harvard/Oxford working group on Leadership for Flourishing together with being chair of the civic and government committee of the Harvard spirituality and flourishing working group. John has authored a book on this topic, Integral Polarity Practice in Support of Leadership for Flourishing, which will be available around May 2024. When available the book will be a textbook for this course series.

For each session there is an approximately one-hour overview discussion of the topic together with relevant charts and graphics. Then there is then a 90-minute review of the topic with course members.
The Nature of Each IPP Polarity
The patterns and nature of every IPP polarity as a fractal, an ecosystem and a sub-ecosystem in the context of the greater IPP ecosystem.
The IPP Ecosystem
An overview of the full IPP ecosystem in a developmental context together with multiple iterating patterns throughout the ecosystem.
IPP as a Practice of Sacred Beauty
An introduction to the patterns and “harmonics” of IPP, which yield the experience of “living and loving in Sacred Beauty,” a primary meta-theme of IPP practice including its relationship to IPP non-dual practice.
DEEP DIVE INTO THE FOUR LIFE TIER IPP POLARITIES - $200
